About Richard Seymour

Seymour is the author, most recently, of "Unhitched: The Trial of Christopher Hitchens," a controversial political biography from Verso Books. His writing on US and British foreign policy in the Middle East has appeared in The Guardian, Radical Philosophy, and New Statesman, among other publications; he is also the author of "American Insurgents: A Brief History of American Anti-Imperialism," "The Liberal Defence of Murder," and "The Meaning of David Cameron." He is the primary contributor to Lenin's Tomb (www.leninology.com), one of the UK's most popular blogs, and he is a founding member of the International Socialist Network.
