Fall Events Sponsored and/or Supported by Adams Library

Adams Library By Night

Adams Library continues to engage our community to enrich our students' library experience through the exchange of ideas, and to expand our academic programs at RIC.  Our lecture series this fall reflects the core value of what the library is about and focuses on the theme of diversity.  We offer lectures about Cape Verde, Hungary, and Latin America, as well as a very interesting topic shedding light on American archaeologists with the OSS in World War II in Greece.  Furthermore, Dr. Edward Iannuccilli from Bristol will talk about the Italian-American experience in our country, and Professor Richard Lobban will talk about mapping the world through the eyes of Western cartogrophers. And finally, music is present as well.  From the continuous performances of The Lighter Shades of Grey once a month in the Reinhardt room or outside the library, to The Proteus String Quartet.  Please see below for more information about all these events.  If you are interested in taking part in future library activities, please contact the Director's office

Fall Lecture Series

The library is celebrating diversity all semester long, through a variety of stimulating talks, in our Fall Lecture Series.  Mark your calendar and join us for these lectures!
